VIRGIN Media is down leaving thousands of TV and internet customers without the service. The issues began around 8am this morning with 869 customers complaining, according to Downdetector.co.uk. The complaints website, which lets users report issues they’re having with a particular service, records around 60 per cent of customers are having problems with internet.
